In Week 1, we’re going to learn why values are the foundation of all the decisions that we will make in our lives. We will talk about where our values come from and how we often adopt values as our own that are not our values. Then we will explore what we THINK we actually value.
In Week 2 you’re going to figure out what you actually value? Once you figure that out, everything else starts falling into place. I will tell you that I've had so many students, who believe that they know what they value, but once they go through the Values Checklist, they come back and say, "Oh my gosh I really thought I knew what I valued but I didn't have a clue and maybe that's the problem in my life!"
In Week 3 we’re going to talk about our Character Strengths; what they are, how they’re different from our values and why it’s so important for those of us with ADHD brains to know what our character strengths are.
So many brilliant ADHD people fall into this "I'm good at everything” trap. Well just because you're good at it does not mean that you should do it for the rest of your life! So that begs the question, what should you do? In Week 4, we'll start with the Passion Formula. This is where you will discover where your talents, skills, superpowers and ultimately your passions intersect.
In Week 5 we will learn the difference between Passion and Purpose. Everyone makes such a big deal out of Purpose. What if I choose your purpose, thinking it's my purpose but it isn't? I promise you it's not that complicated; we'll do it together. I will also teach you how to tap into positive emotion which is so important to our ADHD brains; and finally we’ll end with you declaring an actual Purpose.
Week 6's lesson is all about building your A-OK Intelligence Report so that what you learn about yourself you will never forget.
