In Step 1, we will discover how values develop and why they are essential to guiding our lives.

In Step 2 you’re going to figure out what you actually value. You will:

  • Learn how to uncover what you genuinely value by examining where you spend your time, money, and emotional energy.
  • Challenge societal and inherited beliefs to determine if they align with your true values, rather than blindly accepting them.
  • Build Confidence in Decision-Making.
  • Recognize that knowing your true values helps you avoid living according to others' expectations, allowing you to live a life true to yourself.

In Step 3 we’re going to talk about our Character Strengths.

  • Explore what character strengths are.
  • Understand how character strengths differ from personal values.
  • Discuss why it’s crucial for individuals with ADHD to recognize their character strengths.

So many brilliant ADHD people fall into this "I'm interested in so much" or "I'm good at everything” trap. Well, just because there's interest or you're good at it doesn't mean you should do it! So that begs the question, what should you do?

  • Start with the Passion Formula.

Both use Tracy's Your ADHD Brain is A-OK program which was built specifically for the ADHD brain using her patented What Do I Do With My Life? Coretography system. The Self-Study program includes the program only. It is highly structured and divided into 6 steps and includes 20+ bite-sized video lessons, a workbook and worksheets that allow you to work step-by-step through the program.

The Your ADHD Brain is A-OK Live program includes seven live group coaching sessions with Tracy that are conducted once a week during live office hours. A-OK Live also includes a community of other students that you work through the program with.

The A-OK system is broken down into six steps that you will have immediate access to.

A-OK is built to be completely self-paced. For best results, commit to learning at least one step per week. Most students spend two to three hours each week on A-OK Taking action is key!

Voxer is a free voice messaging app that functions like a walkie-talkie, allowing real-time and asynchronous communication via voice and text. Voxer Office Hours provides you with flexible 1:1 support and timely answers to your questions, especially if you prefer private communication over live office hours. 

During designated times, you may message Tracy directly with any questions or updates, and Tracy will respond in the order student questions are received. Note that responses may not be instaneous due to multiple students messaging, but all questions within office hours will be answered.
